Guidelines for Preparation of Papers
Full guidelines for the preparation of papers can be downloaded here [.doc].
Papers of OZCOTS 2008 will be published on the Internet. The proceedings will not be available in CD or print form.
Notes:
i. Papers will only be considered only if the abstract is received before March 18, 2008.
ii. Authors may choose to have their papers refereed or not refereed by peer review.
iii. Papers to be refereed must be submitted by April 30, 2008.
iv. Papers not to be refereed must be submitted by May 31, 2008.
v. If refereed, the paper must not have appeared previously as a refereed publication.
vi. Authors must register for the meeting by the final time papers are to be submitted, ie by May 31, 2008.
vii. Authors must be aware of issues relating to presenting a paper in the proceedings as described in point 4 in the Guidelines for the preparation of papers.
Paper Refereeing Process
General information on the refereeing process for both authors and referees can be viewed here [.doc]. This document also contains the Full Paper Refereeing Response form (as used by referees).
All contributed papers must be submitted with one of the following checklists:
- The Refereed Paper Author's Checklist [.doc] - for authors who want to submit their paper to a referee process.
- The Non-Refereed Paper Author's Checklist [.doc] - for authors who do not want to submit their paper to a referee process.
