A filing cabinet collects, organises and manages information. This site aims to achieve the same thing electronically, both by offering materials on Information Management, and by organising those materials in a user-friendly way.
We have created JANT’S Filing Cabinet for students, teachers, librarians, corporate professionals and all others involved in the area of information management. Our aim is to provide a useful and dynamic resource that will provide both current information in the field, and also a forum for discussion and debate.
Since this site is dedicated to Information Management, we have aimed to create it using sound IM principles. The layout is simple and uncluttered, while offering access to everything you will need on every page. We have provided various ways for you to find the resource you need, depending on your searching preferences. You can use the Glossary of Terms if you are new to IM concepts and terminology.
